Our dedicated team of chefs are always on the look out to find the best possible Ingredients and produce when planning ahead for the menu - while we are working with some brilliant suppliers we are aware that with changing times we may have to reconsider the menu and small alterations will need to be made. We are committed to keeping to the best products and updating our website should the changes to the menu occur.

DEPOSITS

We are expecting a busy Christmas day this year in light of recent events and are recommending early bookings to avoid disappointment, that being said we will be requiring deposits to secure your place. 50% is required for bookings before the 25th of November - and  a full payment and pre-order for the 25th of November. Any bookings held without a deposit will be removed from the booking system from the 1st of September. 
CANCELATIONS - Ts and Cs

As always we do our best to make sure our Terms and Conditions are fair and protect you as a customer as well as us as a small business - it is especially difficult around Christmas time as meticulous planning and hard work goes into organising the festive period. We do favour plenty of notice and are re
  • Should you cancel by the 01/09/21 there will be no extra charges and deposits will be be held as credit - this credit can  be used at any point for services at our restaurant or returned on request 
  • Cancelations occurring from the 01/09/21 - 25/11/21 - we will look to rebook your table - should we be able to resell your table your deposit will be transferred to usable credit which can be used at any point for services at our restaurant. (the earlier we know the more likely we will be able to resell)  
  • Cancelations occurring from the 25/11/21 - 25/12/21 will be treated as non refundable.
 
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DRASTICALLY REDUCING TABLE NUMBERS WILL BE PARTIALLY TREATED AS A CALCELATION
